Teaches one to use the advantage of the natural abilities and dynamics of the body’s anatomical build & skeletal structure to protect & defend one’s self in various ways from obstruction and destruction whether from one’s self or an adversary attacker.
Students of Ninpo Budo- Taijutsu may improve their abilities to sustain, persevere, defend themselves, and develop their mental/psychological, physical, and emotional potential and/or abilities. Students will look forward to gaining enlightenment & empowerment for adaptability & survival in today’s ever changing society while being able to learn in a safe, fun environment.
The classes focus on developing sound basics, learning traditional techniques & lessons, and being able to apply them to modern situations.

The targeted individuals for Ninpo-Budo Taijutsu are to include people of all ages, shapes, and sizes that may be looking to improve their abilities to sustain, persevere, defend themselves, and develop their mental/psychological, physical, and emotional potential and/or abilities. - Jutaijutsu- GRAPPLING methods from various positions including joint locks, throws, chokes, restrains and counters.
- Weapons- traditional and practical such as household, etc.
- MODERN APPLICATIONS such as defense against a knife attack, gun retention & disarms and how to use ordinary items for protection.
- Safety- is a primary focus for us. We begin with slow movement to understand the dynamics, and then as knowledge & skill grow and develops, speed and power can be adjusted with less risk.
